Mr. Agha Hassan Askari, one of the best Directors of Pakistan’s Film Industry, delivered Guest Lectures to Hajvery University, Media Studies Students on 3 and 4 May, 2012. The purpose of such interactive workshops is to give the Media Studies students – the future of Pakistan’s Film industry, an insight into the industry, its pre- and post-production processes, cinematography, casting, music, script writing, producing, and all other facets of successful film making in Pakistan.
HU organized an Educational Tour of Bunny’s Ltd for students of Business Administration. 30 students of Hajvery University (HU) along with a faculty member, Prof. Gauhar Siddique, visited Bunny’s Ltd at Kot lakhpat, Lahore. Bunny’s Ltd, est in 1984, is a market leader in packaged snacks and baked breads.
24 April, 2012 – HU organized an Educational Tour of Tripple Em for students of Commerce to enhance their exposure and understanding of the organization, its production mechanisms, human resource management, marketing, and strategy of one of the oldest companies of Pakistan. HU Students were given the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of how Tripple-Em operates in fierce competition and do professional networking with the Management and HR department at the same time.
My name is Charles Haroon Gill and I am currently doing MBA (E-7) at Hajvery University and I was provided a platform in form of AIESEC by Hajvery University (HU) to do internship at, Denizli, Turkey for 8 weeks. AIESEC is an international student-based organization that provides students with an opportunity to do internships all over the world. I got opportunity to do my internship at Denizli, which is situated in the south-western part of Turkey .It is a growing industrial city. Majority of the population in Turkey is Muslim, so there are some similarities between our culture and the Turkish culture, but there are significant differences in terms of food, dress, language and general socialization activities.
The annual HU Fashion Display 2012 was held HU Euro Campus on Thursday, 12 January 2012 from 12 p.m. till 4 p.m. It is indeed a proud moment for Hajvery University, to see its Young Fashion Designers launch themselves in the Fashion Industry. We are certain they will make a positive impact on the industry in Pakistan and World over.
