14.11.12 – HU Office of Foreign Affairs & Planning Organizing an Information Session for Hajvery University’s Students who are Interested in applying for Scholarship Opportunities offered by the US Educational Foundation Pakistan. Mr. Zafar Baig, the Principle Educational Adviser at US Educational Foundation Pakistan delivered the info-session. During this session, Mr. Baig shared with the students the various Undergraduate, Graduate, and Fulbright Scholarship Opportunities being offered by USEFP for studying abroad in United States of America.

This experience has made me Confident, improved my Communication skills and changed my view about life and many other things. The impact of this experience on my life is that now I deal things maturely, and I always have confidence in me while deciding important things. And towards my goals, this lifetime opportunity has made my vision more clear and I am more motivated.”

My name is Charles Haroon Gill and I am currently doing MBA (E-7) at Hajvery University and I was provided a platform in form of AIESEC by Hajvery University (HU) to do internship at, Denizli, Turkey for 8 weeks. AIESEC is an international student-based organization that provides students with an opportunity to do internships all over the world. I got opportunity to do my internship at Denizli, which is situated in the south-western part of Turkey .It is a growing industrial city. Majority of the population in Turkey is Muslim, so there are some similarities between our culture and the Turkish culture, but there are significant differences in terms of food, dress, language and general socialization activities.

Mr. Mario Vottero visited Hajvery University (HU) from Brussels, Belgium on 14 October, 2011 with the aim of conducting ROM (Results Oriented Monitoring) on behalf of European Commission – EACEA, for the project involving those students who were sent aboard to Study Abroad Scholarships to partner Universities of HU.The purpose of his visit was to assess the impact of such projects, and to better understand the internal procedures adopted by HU in execution of EM-ECW.
