Convocation 2011
Convocation is the formal ceremony for the conferral of degrees. It is our time honored way to celebrate your academic accomplishments. Convocation is a commemoration of your life at HU and an opportunity to share an important milestone with family and friends.
Hajvery University (HU) will host its Convocation 2011 on Saturday, 24 December, 2011 at its HU Euro Campus, Gulberg III at 10:45 a.m. Mian Hamza Shahbaz, Member National Assembly, has kindly consented to preside the Convocation.

WHAT NEXT?
- Register Yourself at the Convocation Desk in HU Main Campus IMMEDIATELY, if you haven't yet.
- Last date for registration is Friday, 23 December, 2011 after which no registrations will be entertained.
- Rehearsals & issue of Gowns on Friday, 23 December, 2011 at HU Euro Campus at 11 AM - attendance is mandatory.
- Graduating Students may bring their Parents along with them.
You are advised to Spell your Name and your father’s name as you would like to appear on the degree (check your CNIC) and spell it clearly to avoid complications. Also please note that if you do not register yourself for the convocation you will not be able to get the degree.

- Arrival of Chief Guest Honorable Mian Hamza Shahbaz, MNA
- Academic Procession Enters - 11:00 a.m.
- National Anthem
- Chief Guest declares the Convocation open

- Welcome Address by Chairman B.O.G Mr. Atif Mushtaq
- Award of Degrees to Graduating Students
- Award of Gold & Silver Medals
- Convocation Address by Chief Guest, Mian Hamza Shahbaz, MNA
- Chief Guest Declares Convocation closed
